“Arrived to pick up a load going to Illinois. Staff was nice. Wait wasn't too long. There was only 1 dock they were using and it was 3 trucks ahead of me. I waited about 45 mins in their drop yard which is directly across the street then they called me and I was loaded in 15 mins. The only thing I definitely didn't like was they want to see your registration card and make a copy of it and your drivers license. I showed the info on the registration card they needed to see which was the carrier info. I wasnt going to let them write down or make copies of my registration. The lot is a dirt lot so be prepared to clean off your floor. Other than that I was in and out within 2hrs”
