Their installers are friendly and very fast.
Floors look great! The installer was wonderful and professional. He was on time and cleaned up everything prior to leaving (saw dust outside from cutting the wood was removed, and floors were swept up of debris, all boxes/packaging materials). I had a good experience and would recommend Romanoff.
The installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a FANTASTIC job! The carpet is exactly what we wanted, the seams are invisible. The installers were VERY accommodating to allowing questions and very interactive throughout the install. The guys who came out made sure we were happy, before they left; and there was not a trace of them ever having been here, except the new carpet!
The crew came in and had new padding and carpet layed in living room and dining in about 3.5 hrs. Great personal friendly folks, did a super job installing and cleaning up. Very careful and considerate no scratches or damage to walls or baseboards. Thanks
