I moved into Avalon in 2021 and just resigned my lease to another building! Although it was a small move, I had a million questions. Veronica answered each one with care and reassurance! Victor in maintenance is OUTSTANDING!!!! He knows his job extremely well and has great customer support. I really appreciated all their help with my new home!
I’ve been a resident with Avalon Newcastle Commons since 2018. The experiences had been great for me during the years of my stay. The Leasing Office staff have been pleasant, responsive and always try their best to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I’d like to give special thanks to Veronica Preciado, our front office staff, whose is kind, cheerful & always go above and beyond to help get things done for you. Special mentions should also go to two members of the maintenance team, Jacob Enrico & Josh Canon. They’ve always been given their 100% supports to make sure maintenance requests were done properly & efficiently. I feel happy to be a resident of Avalon and will be until I have to leave the area. Would definitely recommend it to many of my friends moving into this area!
We moved in almost a year ago and have had a really nice time in the community. The amenities (gym, pool, common areas) are all really fantastic and kept generally well maintained. The area feels safe with a lot of family foot traffic and younger kids around during the days.
Coming from living in larger cities (NYC and LA) the buildings are very quiet with only the occasional noises coming through the walls from neighbors. The other residents have all be really great too. We’d love to continue living here once our lease comes up for renewal too, assuming it’s still within our price range. 8/10 would choose to move in here again.
Love this community and it is almost too good to be true. People walking their dogs and working out, enjoying the pool and family time at the bbq. Everything works perfectly. Staff is very responsive and helpful. I enjoy living here and will continue my staying once my lease is up next year.
