I'm the owner of this place JEWELRY AND COIN EXCHANGE, Just want to pin point about negative feed backs, as you see They did not buy anything, no complains about service, They called me Shady, Stupid or some kind of different names, no item or service problem, that means these people never been in my store,, They must have some kind of personal problem with me OR been in my store they see a successful business men , different then them , Right away they thought I must be shady or Stupid, I have been in this location for over 13 years and a Jeweler for 35 years, people who shop and visit my store knows me, I'm not Shady or Stupid, I do my best to make Costumers happy,, sometimes I go out of my way to do it,,,,,, supports , schools, Churches and who ever ask for help............ I’ve been a customer at Jewelry and Coin Exchange for over two years. It’s one of my favorite small businesses to check out in the Richmond Va area. They have great deals on coins and jewelry. Occasionally I’ll find a few rare coins or coin sets for an excellent deal. I have never had any problems here with staff or the owner and was surprised to see some of the bad reviews.
If you like supporting small businesses, and love collecting coins, or need jewelry/watch repair I recommend this place.
I visit this store very often. I just left there with a gorgeous emerald and diamond ring. The owner is exceptionally fair, reasonable, and helpful. He has a great selection of jewelry, which is what I am interested in. Please give him a visit, you will not be disappointed. I will be back!
