“I never used a travel agent before because I thought that you had to pay them for their services. But being a first time visitor to Disney I thought it may be worth it. It wasn't until I spoke with Bridgette that I learned that her services were free and that she could actually save me more money than booking directly with Disney. Bonus!!! My first trip to Disney was unbelievable and I owe most of the credit to Bridgette for being the most informed and friendly guide. She took the time to get to know my family's likes and dislikes...our style. She even wanted to know if we were early birds or night owls for the sake of planning. She knew where to splurge and where to be frugal which was important to me....being a family of 5. She knew the ins and outs of it all...and what she didn't know right away she researched and reported back to me in a timely way. I never felt alone in my planning and I never wondered if the trip was going to turn out well. I now know that Bridgette wouldn't plan a trip for me that she wouldn't go on herself and that is important to me. We are currently working on plans for a trip to Paris...and my next adventure with the family will be a Mediterranean cruise....and Bridgette will definitely be my girl for that one too! She does it all!!! Love her...can't say enough. ”
