From touring their model homes with Sarah, to planning and customizing with Elizabeth and Tim Aloi, the property built with Terry Mills supervising, and even warranty work after the house settled, Craftmaster has been forthright and if an issue arose, the leadership of the company was easier to reach than that of other builders. I don’t believe you will find an easier builder to work with and we could see building with Craftmaster again. Tim Parent was very helpful for some concerns we had that needed addressing and most of our friends that built homes with them have also said the same thing for the entire company. 5 superstars!”
