“Bathroom drain was plugged. I tried my 15' snake and drain cleaner which did no good. This a 57 year old house and this drain has always been a problem. The guys came the same day and skilfully snaked out the drain. Initially their 30' snake was going up the vent, so they removed the trap to get in (smart move) which solved the problem and did an excellent job. Drain now flows freely. “Was in a jam the other day (HUGE JAM, NOT GOOD). Called and spoke with Lorraine late in the day, about 3PM. We needed a few specific electrical connectors for a customers truck that we could not find anywhere. With that being said this company did offer the connectors I needed, But they had to be put together! I desperately needed them to be shipped overnight or else I would be in a terribly bad position. Lorraine took the time to make it happen & was such a pleasure to deal with! The next morning the parts arrived EARLY & we were able to get the customers truck repaired & back in service!
