“Took 1 minute in store to fix a phone issue, after being when I customer service phone call, and 30 minutes later the lady on the other end of the phone was still looking up information, and the gentleman at the door of the Verizon store wanted to discourage me from going in. I really don't care which way I receive customer service as long as I'm receiving it. The phone number for customer service when you have an issue is not providing customer service and Verizon needs to do something about that. The person answering those calls should have basic knowledge of what Verizon programs are at the very least and they do not!!”

My Dad is there and would like to see him get showered more often and would LOVE for the food to be better than it is. It's usually cold. I bring him food, put his name on it and when he and his roommate asked for it the very next day it was GONE. Other than that, the facility is beautiful and treat my Mom great and our family as well. It's disappointing that the snack bar was removed a while back. The food there was inexpensive and good. Because of this I find myself making the trip out to Costco more often these days.”
