When we got there he hooked the computer up and let us know what was wrong, turned out to be a sensor and we were assured we would be ok to keep driving. He really put us at ease, bonus was the great price of $40 ! That’s cheap compared to D.C prices, totally worth the peace of mind. “This is truly a "hidden gem" nestled back in a little commercial area just inside of Hanover County along the Henrico County line where Staples Mill (Rt 33) turns into Mountain Rd. It isn't much to look at, but they are friendly & skilled professionals. I have had body work done to a total of 4 vehicles here. Some via insurance, some self-pay. Outcomes were excellent, nearly perfect every time. The staff has helped me work with my insurance company, the rental car companies, and given me many suggestions to save money when appropriate. These are some down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do, and it shows in their customer service and their actual vehicle repairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, after the positive experiences we have had at Murphy's!”
