“I am American and I approve this message: I was fortunate enough to be able to refuel my Uhaul here during the infamous pipeline fiasco/ gas shortage panic. Afterward, I was graciously permitted to use the restroom by a very handsome gentleman working the counter (perhaps purchase is prerequisite to being able to use the facilities, as would seem to be standard practice at many gas stations nowadays; nothing to be critical about). They also carry my favorite on-the-road snack (Lenny&Larry's big cookies), and have multiple flavors of my favorite energy drink (Reign) in stock that I'd never even heard of. The gentlemen working the counter, in addition to being easy on the eyes, was friendly and explained he works two jobs around the clock, so I appreciate his being hardworking. I cannot speak for anyone other than myself, but my brief stop here was very pleasant and I am therefore happy to leave feedback to signal to others that this station deserves a higher rating than what it seems to have currently.”

“I just went to the store and it did not seem anything as the above few comments. The employees behind the counter were very friendly and they acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the store. The store was very clean compared to the ones I have been as well as it seemed organized and clutter free. They also have a wide selection of everything starting from ice-creams to wine. This store was by far the best one I have visited so far. I would definitely visit when I am back in town.”

There was one employee that was let go for making some very rude and vulgar comments to a female customer in front of me. Peter looked at video and problem was solved. “3/4/17 update: I noted that the customer service was really good, right? Today, the crew evidently achieved a good rating and their manager made good on a promise to have a little pie-in-the-face managerial fun! I just happened to be there as they celebrated, and snapped a couple pics. What a great crew! This is just a WaWa right...? Nope. It really is a bit more. The staff at this place just always seem to be good-natured and they are customer focused. The coffee is GREAT and the food assembled fairly quickly (depending on the time of day) and is always good. Even their preassembled salads are good. Good, clean, consistent place to get gas and a bite to eat or drink.”

“I love coming here. Im a customer that comes in on a daily bases. The manager Don is very sweet. They always greet me in the mornings! Sometimes its not as fast of service but they try to get fast service when its humanly possible. Only rude customers seem to be reviewing bc i know a lot of customers are rude at this store. I also would like to say that your employee Justin is awesome!! He makes sure he greets you, is always ready at checkout, makes fresh food and fresh coffee at dinner or a little past dinner. Very nice customer service and you should take good care of him!! Thank You!!”

“I visited this store yesterday, 5-1-20... I had my 14 year old grandson go in for me. All I needed was a 15pk of Pepsi, and told my grandson to get whatever he wanted and sent him in with my card. The young lady on duty at the time, around 5pm., carried the Pepsi 15pk out to my car for him. I am so impressed with the new management and employees. Sooooooo... much better than before!! I want to give two fist bumps to this young lady for going beyond her obligations. For being an excellent example of what 7-11 should always be about..Going that extra step to make your customers feel important. I wish I knew her name so I could personally thank her. With that being said.. I am a 34 yr 7-11 associate, I Have been a 7-11 manager for 20+ years. I now work for a franchisee in Hopewell.for the past 8 yrs. This young lady deserves recognition, and the new manager also. Great Job guys!!!!”
