Life Storage - Richmond

I had a storage with life storage for almost 3 years. I had no issues. In fact, I had a great service and Brian was helpful in helping me make payments over the phone and any other thing I needed. I highly recommend this place!

Quick service clean property and office no clutter of papers laying around here. I felt safe that my storage is in good hands with the property manger Brian Fells. I would recommend anyone to this facility. He appreciate the customers.

Our event staff love this location. Its an older well kept facility. Our staff appreciated that everything is on ground level, which made it easy to move our large items. We had a great long talk with the manager, Mr. Fells. He took the time to explain everything from the type of storage we rented, size and how to maximize the space. Given the conditions of the world today, its nice to greeted and treated with respect. Our company WILL be ling time customers. Thank you.

I have just vacated unit D386 after two years. Over this period, the manager was extremely professional in his dealing with me. He calls every month mostly on Wednesdays to remind me of my pmts which I appreciated so much. He is kind, gentle, and always helpful to the customers. I think he enjoys his job very well. I think he deserved some significant salary upgrade.
I will recommend him to my friends, relatives and acquaintances if they ever need a storage location.
