I have encountered several different USPS issues (tracking and package inquiries) and while some USPS locations in my area are less than enthusiastic to assist you, the Mountain Rd USPS is ON THEIR GAME. they always call you and follow up on inquiries or complaints.
Recently, I received a call from Aisha(?) from the Mountain Rd USPS and she was quick, friendly, to the point and do not waste Anyone’s time.
