Wegmans

Great meat, seafood, and international selection. Awesome deserts. The food bar is great. Try the Old Bay chicken wings. The sushi is pretty good too. I like to visit Wegmans when I am lighting up the smoker. They always have a great selection of pork shoulder and the flat cut of a brisket. Sadly the Pub has permanently closed.

Went there to get a quick bite for lunch. I was able to put together a healthy meal for a reasonable price.
Update: Still can get healthy meals. In terms of grocery shopping they have become the area leader for me in quality and pricing.
Update 5/31/22: Wegmans is still my area leader for grocery shopping. Prices on items I shop for have gone up slightly but not as much as the other chain stores.

I love Wegmans! When I first went to the store I was concerned about their prices, thinking they would be to high for my budget...well was I surprised! Not only do they have very good quality produce and a wide variety of products but they are very evenly priced with my local favorite. If fact they have several items that I would have to go to Carytown to get from the health food store. So yes I love Wegmans!

Wegman's Scan and Go is awesome. Just scan the products as you shop (specific app needed) and then pay through self-checkout. Saves time, keeps a running total of how much you spend, less people touching your food. Also, Wegmans is just clean with a good selection. If you haven't already, give it at least 4 tries to get use to the layout.

Easy to navigate. Mostly consistent with their good customer service. Great variety of products available. Convenient for weekly shopping or quick in and out trips. I did realize recently that I have never had to wait in line at a register for more than a minute or two, while more often than not I can check out immediately. Excellent coffee service.
