I had my concerns upon her arrival. However, during her 2nd day there, the staff, i found was reassuring and belayed my concerns and was attentive and very helpful.

I was just hiresd and the orientation process with Michael and Precious was so much fun!
The building is clean, staff is pleasant and approachable.
I look forward to working with everyone @ Henrico Health and Rehab!

My experiences have been excellent thus far. The staff is considerate and caring. They are helping me with the care of my son while looking at how they can service his needs better.

On 5/16/2022, 7 members of my family celebrated my brother's birthday at the facility. THE family included Joe's 87 year old mothers, two sisters and three nieces. Because of the pandemic, we had not celebrated his birthday since 2019. My brother is also wheelchair bound. His neices were concerned if they could visit him also. I made one phone call. Henrico Health Rehab had a day room ready for us. Within an hour we had pizza, cake, ice cream and balloons. The room was comfortable, clean and private. The staff was professional and friendly. We had a great party for my brother. Thank you for making his birthday a memorable occasion.
