(June 11, 2023, 2:22 pm)10/10 service! The man at the front desk was very sweet and we had a nice conversation. He also gave me the TV remote so I could watch a show while I was waiting! It was a good deal for an oil change too, can’t complain! :)
(June 3, 2023, 12:19 pm)I was visiting Richmond from out of town Memorial Day weekend. A tractor trailer tire tread blew and hit the front, right side of my car while I was traveling 60 mph on the highway. I made it to Richmond safely but there was significant damage to my right side light, trim, and undercarriage. Plastic was hanging and dragging - I needed help securing the trim and removing the damaged plastic. This team came to my rescue!! It took me three tries to find a place that would service my vehicle on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. I was scheduled to head back home on Monday. I called the store and the store manager, Keith Gulliford, answered the phone assuring me that his team could take a look at the damage. They sawed off the broken plastic and secured the hanging trim with a zip tie. I was so grateful and completely at ease knowing that I could drive my vehicle safely. Absolutely recommend these guys.
(May 4, 2023, 8:50 pm)Great customer service! The work I needed done was explained thoroughly & done efficiently. The staff is very friendly as well. For a franchise, the prices are actually pretty good. Honestly, they're pretty good for any shop.
(January 30, 2023, 10:55 pm)I took my car to this Maineke as my dashboard lights were on on a Saturday afternoon when they were about to close. Not only they gave me a ride home, but took good care of my car with reasonable price and on the very next working day. Very trustworthy place to go.
