“Needed to get in and out of a storage unit quickly. Easy to get in less convenient to get the things out. Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.”
