Gayton Pointe Townhomes

I’ve been about 6/7 months. Gayton is a great great place to live! I want to give a big shout out to (Daniel maintenance guy) he’s very helpful and handy! I mean every issue I’ve had he quickly resolved the matter! He deserve a day off! Thank you Gayton Pointe and Daniel

I almost didn't move into this community due to the reviews. I'm glad I didnt let the reviews stir me away. I love my new home. Its honestly extremely spacious. Front office stay is great. Any issues that I have had, they have been fixed quickly. Parking can be a pain but not too bad. I moved from downtown so I definitely appreciate the quietness. I get so many compliments on my home. The only con is the trash dumpster. It piles up over the weekend. They need the dumpster changed at least twice a week. Currently its once a week. Location is perfect as well.
