L.L.Bean

This is a really nicely kept and staffed store. We always make a special effort to visit here before Christmas.

Small store but employees are always helpful and willing to answer questions regarding their products or check availability. Limited inventory at the store at this point for holiday shopping but always fun to see what is in stock if you are into hiking, etc.

It's really nice to have an LL Bean brick-and-mortar store in the Richmond area. Although they understandably can't carry everything on-site, it makes trying on clothes they do stock and returning items much easier. And also nice to see things "live "

It’s always a pleasure visiting LL Bean! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I’ve never once had anything less than a positive experience. The store is always kept very neat and tidy, and the sales staff go out of their way to help out. I have nothing but good things to say about LL Bean Short Pump!

Incredibly nice and professional staff. The whole experience was calm and productive. They have hiring signs up. I enjoyed it so much I'm considering a PT job! Store was busy but not overwhelming. Lines moved very quickly.
