“A steakhouse that won't break the bank but still with a premium experience. Great food, all wood grilled. Great drinks and excellent wine list that doesn't break the bank. Try the St Francis Cab. Very tasty and great with steaks. Gave Firebirds a 4 star rating because our particular waiter wasn't great. I noticed other wait staff were very good. Probably needs a better training program for better service consistency. Great location at the Short Pump Town Center mall and very close to the comedy club Funny Bone where we caught an act.”

I would recommend anyone seeking qualified professional salespeople with impeccable customer service skills to visit Batteries Plus Bulbs #199. I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location. Not only is their customer service great but the way they take care of your merchandise is commendable. They treat my watches as if it was their own. If I were starting a business, I would hire this incredible staff. They are the blueprint of what customer service is all about. I would like to thank FHAIR and the entire team for all they do. “I've been trying to equip a home gym, which is obviously not a simple task during a pandemic considering the related shortages and back orders for some fitness gear. I have placed orders with several companies with varying degrees of satisfaction. The Richmond, VA location of Johnson Fitness (specifically Dan Pajic) is the only company that was completely transparent and lived up to all of its commitments. I have placed two separate orders with them. One was delivered prior to the promised delivery date, and the other was delivered on exactly the promised delivery date. The people that delivered and assembled the equipment were top-notch. They did a great job assembling the equipment and were extremely polite. They were also sensitive to my concerns about having people in my house during the pandemic and were happy to take the precautions that I requested. As I fill out my home gym, Johnson Fitness will be the first place I go.”
