He always makes me feel like I’m his only patient and actively listens to all of my concerns no matter how busy the day is. I’m not going to say that my wait times have always been the shortest; however I can say that if you have an emergency he’s going to see you right away. I just try to remember all the times my visits took more time than usual, and I’ve never been made to feel rushed.”

“We had a local lady make some heavy duty curtains for us, but upon bringing them home they smelt of cigarette smoke! I had no clue where to take them to get that awful odor out, but then I came across Shores Fine Dry Cleaning. Being new, I really didn't know who to take the curtains to, or if it would be possible to totally eliminate that odor. I took them to Shores at their busiest time, when the furniture market fair was in progress, nonetheless, they still got the majority of the curtains back to us within the week, and they were clean without any odor at all. I was super impressed, but even more so as a result of the fact that these were floor to ceiling heavy and fully lined curtains that didn't fill our home with that awful odor anymore. “Our 2.5 year old has been going to La Petite Academy of Ballwin for just over 6 months. We have been very pleased with our time there. The directors, teachers, assistants, etc., are all wonderful and very helpful. Our son has learned a ton while being there. They do stretch & grow (kind of like gym class,) outside time, reading, circle time, arts & crafts., etc. The school has an open floor plan which is interesting and let’s the kids see the younger and older ones sometimes. They have an app that allows you too keep an eye on the kids through the day. It updates you on their meals, activities, diapers, accidents, photos and videos, and allows you to communicate with the teacher through messaging. We love La Petite!”

The front desk staff are always helpful and the activities directors keep the residents interested in different activities throughout the day. One of my favorite moments while visiting at Manorhouse was during Halloween one year, staff were encouraged to bring their children to trick or treat with the residents and enjoy all the candy they could carry! This is a very family oriented place to live or work and it shows!”
