“Joel really cares and knows what he's doing. He will get you results, even in difficult cases such as mine. I've been struggling with my weight for over two years. I used to be very athletic and had no problems finding the motivation to eat healthy and work out! About two years ago, nothing I did seem to work anymore. I just kept gaining more and more weight and felt less and less healthy. Six months ago, I decided to make my health a priority.
