“Recently had a dishwasher installed by someone that subcontracts for J.B. and found that it was not draining correctly. The installers came and verified that their installation was correct. After a call to the manager, Chris, two actual J.B. employees, Marcus and Myron, came and took a look and determined that I had a plumbing issue that the original installers misdiagnosed. These two went above and beyond to locate my problem and despite not being plumbers they were able to solve it saving me a call to a plumber. Excellent service and follow through.”

My nurse Barbara took extra time to walk me through all the risks associated with my itinerary which she researched ahead of time, the details and pros and cons of my recommended shots, and made me feel very comfortable as we got through them all. Since I had the honor of the most shots she had given at once (seven!), we even took a selfie with my new ICV card. It was really a lovely experience in what could have been a painful ordeal.
