“Anticipating one’s Golden Years more often includes growing wiser - not losing one’s hearing. In my case it seemed that folk’s diction was getting sloppy and I could still hear as well as I did when I was 20. Not quite so. My hearing loss progressed slowly. One ear worked as it should have for twelve years, while Hear Virginia took care of the other. I found the staff was technically proficient, and understanding my position and problems.
