“Two words....T.H.E. B.E.S.T of the best. This is the second time Sarah sold our home. Our first home (in the 400K range) she sold in 3 days back in 2011. Our second home (in the 250K range), she sold in 1 day! Coincident? I think not! What's great about her is that she does not sacrifice quality, even if my second home is in the much lower price range. I can probably write a 2 page summary on how great Sarah Bice and Associates is, but I'll get straight to the point: - She is organized, quick and efficient. Her team, Alice, Wei Wei super duper nice to work with. - She is super responsive. Always picks up on my phone calls or responds to my emails within minutes!! - She hires a stager/designer to stage your home with awesome furniture/art work (free of charge, YES, FREE). After that, you don't want to sell your home anymore. I am serious! - She has a professional photographer who takes amazing photos of your home for the listing. - She saves you a lot of headache!! Always smooth sailing, never a delay with closings. - She emails you a list of things you need to do after you sell your home (for example: call you homeowner insurance to cancel. If it had not been for her email, I probably would have lost over $600 by not calling my insurance company.) Again, the BEST! “This was my first time renting, as well as my first time in an apartment. My expectations were blown out of the water! There was so much space, and everything was well designed. The maintenance team was spot on. When I first moved in, I let them know that the seasonal change had caused a board to pull up on the balcony-they fixed it immediately. At one point, they even changed a lightbulb for me-no questions asked. They were great about respecting the timeline I specified in my work requests, which was really important to me, as I work long, overnight shifts. Everyone that works at the property is absolutely amazing! Betsy at the front desk makes sure she gets to know everyone, their preferences, and even their pets! She remembers the name of my bunny, of all things! This was a temporary stop, but it truly felt like home!”
