“I did a lot of research before purchasing a walk in tub. It paid off! The Ella tub is everything they advertise. The tub is beautiful, substantial, and easy to install and use. I purchased this tub through a large chain lumber supply company. First I had 3 different companies come to my home and make presentations. The cheapest estimate was $23,000.00. I paid under $6,000 for the Ella tub a local reputable contractor did the complete installation for $1,100.00. I saved about $16,000.00 and could not be happier!”

Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.”
