Riverside Park Apartments

I have lived here for a little over a year and honestly its been a good experience for me and my kids. I love my 3 bd room apartment, yes its a little dated but overall my place nice. As far as maintenance its always been a quick response. Penny is great to work with. I have no complaints.

I live here currently and i'm impressed for the price. pretty good community, people seem to be friendly and helpful. the upkeep needs some work as the exterior of the buildings and landscaping could be better, but not really anything major. the neighborhood around the complex is a little on the rough side but nothing too bad. just depends on what your looking for! my apartment is great, very happy with it. only problem I've had thus far is an issue with cold shower water, but again, I've dealt with far worse. I would recommend to a friend.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I really like it. It’s quiet and clean.Management responds to my needs quickly and efficiently. Management is always friendly and professional.
