She made sure I found a couch I liked and my couch got delivered within less than 24 hours, even if that meant coming in on her day off. Previously, I had called 4 furniture stores and I quote their response “Ma’am, you’re not the only one we are helping. You’re going to have to be patient and wait.” After being promised a call back and hearing nothing back after hours. That is not the case at Buddy’s in Smithfield!
