The service from fox wire was outstanding! My order arrived in 2 days. The leggings are awesome! I love them’
Touring the alpaca farm was so fun and we loved the alpacas. I bought some of the ones for sale and have my own farm now ! Laura has continued to be so helpful. I call her with questions and she is always pleasant. I bought some items from their store- alpaca is wonderful material! 5 star all the way!
Me and 2 friends visited today. John was an amazing tour guide for the farm. Very knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about his work, and down to earth. We arrived about 40 minutes late due to circumstances and it was not a problem. There was also a torrential downpour that caused us to be stuck in the Alpaca barn for about 30 minutes. It did not matter and he made sure we still got the full experience. The animals seem incredibly happy and well kept and their practices are as humane as I have seen. We learned a lot about the animals, got to hand feed many of them, and had an amazing time.
We took a tour of the farm today and it was a GREAT experience! We did the private tour and were taken around by the farm owner, John. There are a few different options for tours including the general admission tour where you’re with a group of people and the private tour which is customizable based on your interests. The private tour costs just a little bit more than the general admission tour and it was so worth it! Call the farm to find out which best works for you.
John was great and provided a lot of information about all of the animals we saw. He answered all of the questions we asked. We got to have a lot of close interaction with many of the animals and that was especially enjoyable. We saw alpacas including the baby alpacas, miniature horse and miniature donkeys, goats, jersey steers, horses, pigs, and ducks. We got to see the two guard llamas and learn about them. We got to feed many of the animals and we were able to be right in with the alpacas, goats, and mini donkeys. Very very cool. There are over 100 alpacas on the farm.
It was very apparent that the farm owner, John, really loves his animals. They are very well cared for. I can’t say enough how much of a great experience it was for an animal lover like myself to get such close interaction with the animals!
I would definitely recommend checking out Fox Wire Farm by taking a tour!
Very well run, environmentally friendly operation. I took the tour and learned a ton of very interesting information about alpacas, guard llamas, goats and pigs. The proprietors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My kids had a great time.
