Velocity Urgent Care

Our family was visiting Great Wolf Lodge when our 1 year old fell and busted his head. We were directed to Velocity urgent care and were blown away by the care we received. The front staff was welcoming and immediately sought a nurse to ensure they could treat his injury before we checked in. Once that was confirmed we were able to get right back and they were so patient and kind going above and beyond to make sure we were both as comfortable as possible. The NP explained everything they would need to do and did everything with excellence and compassion. The other nurses/assistants did their best to soothe my son through the procedure, which included 4 stitches. It was truly amazing and we are so appreciative of their care for our family!

Seen PA Erin Collins today. Went to Urgent care due to a dry socket after a tooth extraction. While oral care isn't something urgent care handles she didn't just send me away. If fact she called my dental office that said they couldn't help me & had them find an office that could. I'm so grateful. I was in so much pain & now am feeling better. Finally was able to put something in my stomach after 3 miserable days. Thank you!!!

The Service was great and Staff took care of us very well. Listened to the reason we were there, did a thorough check up, and were caring right away, and we were helped with no delay. The front desk associate was efficient and caring. Nurse Ginny/Jenna provided us the documented paperwork of the visit, and she asked a lot of great questions to ensure she understood why we came in.
