Ryan was great! He was on time picking up my client.The appointment took way longer than expected but Ryan was there in a heart beat when we were ready I highly recommend colonial transit!!!

I needed to go to the ER to address a lower back pain issue. I was unable to get into our car. Colonial Transit was available on short notice. Ryan got a wheelchair, picked me up and delivered me to the ER. Very pleased with the service.

I have been working with the good people at Colonial Transit for over two months to set up my brothers transportation to a kid deny dialysis center for treatment. I have moved dates and times around and have introduced lots of confusion into the process and Colonial Transit has accommodated my every need. It is a pleasure to do business with Colonial Transit. Wonderful experience, highly recommmend! Very kind and professional. Transported my mom to a new facility (1 hour away) safely and efficiently and without issue. Very understanding and kind re delayed departure (my fault not theirs). He waited very patiently without any complaints while we got my mom ready to leave/while I was delayed coming in from out of town. We are very grateful for their courteous and professional service and would not hesitate to recommend for your elder care and wheelchair transport needs. Ryan was amazing with my grandfather. I was amazed at how few options were available for wheelchair transit and was nervous about putting him in a car with a stranger for doctor appointments when he could no longer get in and out of my car on his own, but Ryan was awesome! Always on time, always texted me upon arrival and departure so I always knew where my grandfather was and that he had made it to his appointments on time. Never an issue, and I’d never use anyone else if Ryan was available. No contest, this is the company you want to trust your family with.
