The office staff for Dr. Hoag are welcoming, pleasant, and professional. I was in the office to receive an injection by the nurse. She, too, was professional and efficient and pleasant. And, I must say that she gives a good, pretty painless shot!

Dr Hoag is a real professional. What stands him apart from other family doctors is that he is straight up. He will tell you exactly the way it is.. whether you want to hear it or not, but he does it tactfully and explains in detail the reasons around it. I highly recommend you seek TPMG for your medical services! I have had nothing but wonderful care from Orthopedics to Family Doctor visits!

My visit with Dr. Hoag yesterday was my first in-person in 2 years! Dr. Hoag answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and I finished totally satisfied my health care is in good hands. I want to thank Office Manager Tammy for a very helpful "training" on appointment making, and how I can more easily manage my follow up tests/appointments. I was seen, heard, and treated as a patient, not a commodity to run through the assembly line, as I got at Riverside & Sentara. Thanks to this whole team of independent medical pros...heroes indeed.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoag for just over a year and just recently had a child who is now also being seen by Dr. Hoag. The front desk and nursing staff are super helpful and patient. Dr. Hoag is thorough and friendly, all the staff we’ve have to pleasure of interacting with are great. Highly recommend this practice!
