Ken and his partner showed up on time and took in consideration that I was working from home and had a work call. They started upstairs so not to disturb me. They were very friendly, professional, and quick! They did an excellent job on my carpets and stair well. I would definitely recommend Capital Carpet and would use them again!

The company has the operational flow down to a science!! From the In-Home booking estimate provided by the owner to the scheduling and execution of exceptional carpet stretch and cleaning services. Kenrick was extremely professional and courteous, and on top of this great interaction the carpet services were of high skill level in a rough carpet of waves that he was able to repair / stretch. Looks and smells brand new!!!!! I absolutely recommend with the professionalism all around, quality of work to ease of payment. I will be reaching out again and refer !!

Joel was very professional and prompt. He did my carpet less than 20 mins. He was in and out. I would definitely recommend them for carpet services. He was also very knowledgeable about his profession. 2 thumbs up.
