(September 13, 2022, 7:01 am)We have a timeshare in Williamsburg, VA and decided this year we wanted an additional week. The room we had at Suburban Extended Stay included a full size refrigerator, large microwave, and countertop stove. The room was very clean, staff was customer service focused. The only negative was the fitness center and breakfast room advertised on their website was closed. Over all, the accommodations were comfortable at a very reasonable price.

(September 3, 2022, 6:10 pm)If I could boil my experience down to a few highlights, they’d have be the top notch customer service, quality of the accommodations & amenities vs. pricing, easy breezy moving in process and the whole atmosphere of the hotel. Across the board, the staff are all instantly friendly and endlessly patient.
