My review is based on the applying process. I really appreciate the lady in the front office who was very professional and helpful during the approval process. This is a very stressful time with the limited time left I have in looking for housing in a rigid market as a single parent who is more than capable in paying rent on time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and helpful.

Omg this place. We were looks ng got places to live. I didn't get to tour the inside but I drove around and it's the cleanest place I've ever been. We are civilians from NC and wanting to move to Va and if this place would allow service dogs that are older I would apply. Also would need a first floor and shower bars. Our dog is about to need to retire. Yet the dog is trained for my disabled with autism/seizures daughter. They said no pets on the application. And the problem with being the only one there with a dog is it's usually drama from people. My family kept saying all day after going to look at about 20 places that this was the place they wished we could get into.

Stopped by today to check out the community. I was very impressed- the community was very clean and the Leasing Office was immaculate! Precious and Stan were very friendly. :) The icing on the cake is it's extremely affordable for Williamsburg.
