The Bend Arbordale

Been here for 2 weeks and absolutely love it!! Pool and gym amenities are amazing! Semiyah and Melissa have been so great, they been very very helpful with all the move in paper work. Beautiful updated and recently remodeled apartments. They are very spacious. I called semiyah when my shower faucet didn’t work she came right over and helped put in a work order in and got it fixed the next day. I have zero complaints. Highly recommend this place.

I love, love living here! The amenities are always clean and there is always someone cleaning and maintaining the community. I met the new assistant Claudeen and I must say she's amazing, friendly, she greets you when she see you. Glad to see someone in the office with such welcoming and great personality. It's a great place to live. Our apartment is perfect for us and in a great location. Do not believe the reviews we have yet to experienced any of the mentioned. The entire staff is nice and no maintenance issues. Thank you Bend for making my apartment my new HOME!
