“Made an appointment for the latest COVID vaccine booster shot. I arrived early, checked in, and waited. Everyone was polite and I took time to roam the shelves. My name was called and I proceeded into the space set aside for injections and had it administrated. The nurse was pleasant and the shot was hardly felt. Very happy that it went smoothly and nearly painless.”

“I had been having the worst luck trying to get my car title for my car so I could sell it. I went to two other locations and the Accounting Technicians basically said they could not help me out because i had an e-lien on my vehicle and they could not release it. I had a lien release letter and that still was not good enough. I went to the Williamsburg location hoping for a better experience and I was amazed. Jessica went above and beyond to help me get my car title. To sum up, she kept me up to date via emails, she called the Richmond office multiple times, sent them emails, faxed my lien release letter and was finally able to get my car title. Jessica was the most professional and caring Accounting Technician at any DMV location I have ever been too. She refused to give up, and kept me up to date on the status of my situation. She actually cares and loves her job and it shows. We need more people like Jessica in this world.”

“I’ve been looking for a self-serve car wash in Williamsburg and never bothered because every location has such low reviews, but i finally went to Buckets and I’m not sure why they only have three stars! I used a self-serve wash stall, and found the equipment clean and easy to use. I went around the side and used cash to buy tokens, which worked perfectly. I found the first chunk of time to be enough to rinse my car with the pressure washer, and it was worth it for 3 dollars. Definitely going to come back!”

“This was a very nice place to eat breakfast (probably every meal, for us it happened to be breakfast 😃). Prices were average for the area, it was clean, didn’t take long to get our food and everyone was quite friendly. The food was good, be aware that the hash browns are made Southern style in a lot of the restaurants in this area. That means made with onions, even if you order them without, you will still taste them. I do wish they had decaffeinated hot tea, other than that the pancakes, waffle and eggs were done to perfection! I can’t remember the server’s name, the receipt said #3 but she was very nice and attentive.”
