“Ken and his crew painted about 75% of the interior of our house recently. We contacted a couple other painters and Ken had the best price by a good margin. Ken was also responsive to calls and texts, and showed up when he said he would, performed the job within the proposed timeline, and communicated clearly. All the walls got painted to our specifications, and the crew took the time needed to patch holes and cracks to the point where they were totally unnoticeable. There was a little bit of mess remaining after they left, but It's hard to complain at the price point we paid. Aside from that, the walls look really great!”

“Poor communication. No returned calls. No confirmation of start date, or courtesy call, they just showed up. Seven items were reviewed during estimate quote. Three were listed on written estimate, was told they'd get the remaining four items when they did the others, but that would be an additional charge. Just uncomfortable with the lack of communication. The job itself seems fine and I'm satisfied with Geraldo and his crew that actually did the work itself. communication skills T”
