He really listened to our questions and needs and took so much time with us going over every detail of the trucks he showed us, even though it was freezing cold outside! Awesome salesman! A few days later we returned to pick it up and Salesman Nick handled the delivery. He did an awesome job of walking us through all of the details of the mechanics of driving this awesome truck! We are senior citizens who are not very tech savvy, but Nick was so patient with explaining all the dashboard controls in such a manner so as not to rush us, and made sure all the options were explained. We left feeling confident of our abilities and are thoroughly enjoying our new vehicle. Nick is a warm considerate man and we so appreciated his help!”

“It's tough to find someone who will come to the house for repair. I needed riding mower repair at my house and he knew his stuff. Be mindful that he can run late during the busy summer season; he forgot about one appointment, which was frustrating. He was apologetic and is definitely competent for the repair, so perhaps a reminder confirmation call to him the day before would be helpful, just so there is no confusion. I will use him again when I need future repair, and have recommended him to a friend.”
