Let me begin by saying I am a former Bank of America employee, and have had an account with them for 30 years. However, I was recently in Ashburn, to cash a check from a family member. When I walked into Navy Federal, I was greeted kindly by a young lady and then told to wait in line for the next available teller, as it was very busy. After about a 10 minute wait, I was greeted by Jackie, who gave me a big smile and who seemed to like her job. The transaction was very courteous, smooth and professional, and at the end when I said THANK YOU to Jackie, I was then given a response of " no, thank you,.it was my pleasure".. And while that may not seem like a big deal to most people, just that little kindness in today's crazy world goes a long way. So thank you Jackie and staff. You were wonderful and I may just be switching banks here in the near future!

The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention that the app is very user friendly!! Great place to do business!
