The Ashborough Apartments

Regarding apartment maintenance, this place is awesome. This past Sunday, my dryer stopped working. I submitted a request on the app Sunday evening. Monday morning Diego came to my apartment, quickly examined and troubleshot the dryer issue, stepped out for about five minutes to get the parts, then came back and performed the necessary repairs. He tested it and made sure the vent hose was also clear. Diego was awesome, respectful, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. I've had other maintenance issues also resolved quickly over the past few years here. The responsive maintenance crew have been so much better than other places I've lived, and it's a big reason for why I've stayed here.

The experience living here has been great! The staff is phenomenal and professional, the property is beautifully maintained, and maintenance is very responsive. Huge shout out to John Gonzalez! I had a small issue with an appliance, I mentioned it to them in passing, and they took care of it same day. It brings me peace of mind to know John is at the ready to help with any maintenance issues I may have. You will not regret moving in to this wonderful community. 10/10!

The apartments are located in a great location, the amenities are great and the I have to say thank you to Danielle in the leasing office for her extended courtesy and above reproach attitude when I call the office for any questions or request. The maintenance/crew team are always on time and Danielle follows up to make sure all of my needs have been met. Great customer service and friendly community, I am happy and glad I moved here. If leasing, see Danielle, she will provide the best customer service and respond to all of your questions in a timely manner.

I recently was looking at getting a lease for an apartment here and although I didn’t go through with it I am very satisfied with the customer service and kindness of the staff here. Tyler was by far one of the best agents I’ve worked with, helping me find exactly what I needed and satisfying all my requests. I was welcomed politely when I walked in and was taken care of immediately. I will be recommending the Ashborough to my friends and family in the future.
