“This is a fabulous bed and breakfast! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The hosts Todd and Lisa could not have been more helpful or any friendlier. We felt very safe in the woods and very much st home in Nans Cottage. Jarrett’s special dinner is a must! And the massages are fantastic! I can’t recommend this place enough. Book it today! Don’t wait!”

“We had a wonderful time at this superb historic farm. The site was historically the poor house for the county, and the original structures dating back to the early 1800s are still there, giving the place an added level of historical interest. We stayed in a suite in the main house which consisted of a private upstairs bathroom and bedroom and a ground floor sitting room with an outside door. My sister stayed in the cottage, which was also a sizable two level structure - originally the kitchen for the poor house farm. The second floor has a huge bedroom and a bathroom with a clawfoot tub, while the ground floor has a full kitchen and sitting room. The cottage could easily sleep 4 if they added a pull-out couch downstairs. The place is decorated in a rustic style, and the grounds are inhabited by the owners own free range chicken and geese - which just adds to the charm. The breakfast was ripped from the pages of Town and Country - yogurt parfaits with raspberries, strawberries, and almonds to start, followed by eggs and sausage and a baked french toast concoction served in a casserole dish, all served on beautiful dishes. IIRC, the eggs were also acquired from the owners free-range chickens. Overall, an impeccable experience - historic setting in the midst of wine country, rustic charm, and a delicious beautifully presented meal. To add - in contrast to some other B&Bs we stayed at, the suites were very well prepared, having everything we could have wanted ready when we arrived.”

“Coming to the Middleburg Christmas Tree Farm has been a family tradition of ours for many years now, and we absolutely love it! The employees are all extremely helpful and welcoming. The farm itself is beautiful and there’s something magical about cutting down your own Christmas tree! Can’t wait to come back again this year.”

“I have a daughter in 10th grade and we could not be more pleased. The faculty and staff are truly dedicated to the students and families enrolled here. There is a drive, energy and dedication to excellence that Mr. Bell exhibits over and over again that is directed at all facets of the school. I would encourage anyone that is looking for a co-ed, day school to attend an open house. I think you will be amazed at what a great school we have right here in our community.”

“Consistent. A key trait of any establishment. A great coffee shop in the heart of downtown with a good selection of accent foods to share with your coffee, Expresso...It is cozy inside with ample seating outside. A great place to have a good conversation. Owners take pride in their business and it shows. Stop by and give it a try...”

“Acupuncture helped our dog tremendously! He couldn't walk or really move prior to the treatment, now he is able to sit-up, stand with minimal help and is trying to walk. To see his tail wag again, is awesome!”

“This is a review for the Round Hill Aquatic Center. Very well kept pool. Locker room (womens) is decent. A little small (only one shower and only one changing area). The staff have been great. The entry fee is lower than others in this area. Overall I do really like this pool!”

“I went kayaking on a Saturday at the lake. The signage has improved but it is still not well marked. There is plenty of parking and the lake is larger than I thought it was. Putting in can be a challenge because there is no ramp. Between the traffic and the wastewater treatment plant, it can be noisy, but it is still worth the trip if you want to get out on the water.”
