(June 23, 2023, 3:22 pm)We contracted Dynamic Renovations this Spring for a new 20'x20' Trex deck to replace our 20-year old wooden deck. Bill was great to work with. He met us multiple times at our house during the planning process to go over options and design, took care of county permitting, and was on site during construction to lead the project. He worked with us to make small changes on the fly and knocked the finished product out of the park. It's evident that Bill appreciates quality materials and a finished product that the customer will love. The entire tear down and construction took one week, and workers were onsite every day. We’ve received a lot of compliments on the deck and have spent more time enjoying it than we ever did our old deck. We highly recommend Dynamic Renovations for new deck construction!
(September 28, 2022, 6:31 pm)We are ecstatic! Our gorgeous new deck was completed in record time in under 10 days and the result is a masterpiece! Bill and his team are AMAZING with a capital A. Bill stopped by often to check on progress and the whole process was easy. Our pup even made friends with all of them. She approves of the new deck too!
(July 1, 2022, 3:34 pm)Dynamic Renovations just finished our master bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with the result. We have worked with 3 other remodeling companies for other projects and Dynamic Renovations was the best to work with and the quality was excellent. The entire team was very communicative, honest and extremely friendly and kind. The crew was impeccably clean and so respectful of our space and time. From the very early planning stages all the way to completion day Dynamic Renovations were absolutely wonderful.
(February 6, 2022, 6:34 pm)Dynamic Renovations did a phenomenal job installing a new deck over our old wood deck. The old deck needed much repair, but after discussing with Bill he gave us the benefits of replacing the existing deck with a no-maintenance Fiberon Composite with vinyl railing. The deck was installed within days after the materials were delivered, and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our deck is the envy of the neighbors on our street, as we invited several of them over to take a look. Bill’s crew was courteous and professional and did a tremendous job. I won’t hesitate at all to call them again for any projects we may have in the future.
(February 1, 2022, 10:00 am)Dynamic Renovations was awesome. From Day 1, Bill was helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating. We had a design concept in mind and he helped us refine, edit, and enhance that design. His crew showed was professional and able to make the last minute changes we wanted.
We requested several quotes from different deck builders in the area. Dynamic wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest but Bill was the most willing to work with us on the project scope to make sure we stayed on budget and got a deck we are thrilled with.
Highly recommended.
