“I ordered pineapple cupcakes from Fantasy Frostings and they were so delicious! I could tell that the time in love was put into these cupcakes! They were beautifully made with delicious jam inside and topped with a beautiful type of Cool Whip frosting! “It is the newest King Spa in the state (so far). Very pretty and new, and clean. Although it’s less of culture vibe in there compared with others, but we love it. They have more than 10 different types of dry sauna, a food court, a outdoor bade pool, and a indoor bar pool (without serving any drinks). You will need to wear the uniform using these facilities. They also have a wet sauna area separated by gender, you will need to fully naked. It’s very nice and chill, it’s worthy for a spa day and just relaxing. Don’t forget to bring your own face masks and relax. I wish they can open the pool bar that will be a plus. Overall we love this place.”

On the way out the door the chef gave me his Don Pablo burger for free on the house. I was totally shocked. It was a delicious burger; my wife tried some of it too and thought it was great.”

The talent in this salon is superb through my own experience and my observations as I watched others. My last appointment was with Shayla and she was the sweetest person and did a wonderful job on my hair. My shampoo with Shayla felt like a spa massage. As a Level 1 stylist, she is still growing in her craft and what I appreciated most of all was her willingness to seek assistance from another stylist when she needed it. You can save BIG BUCKS by giving the Rising Stars and Level 1 stylists a chance. The other reason I love this place is the diverse, inclusive setting they offer. There are mixed cultures and a variety of people served by this salon and it was such a pleasant thing to see. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.”

“Rice Culture utilizes Frontier Kitchen. They made boxes of Asian deserts for Lunar New Year and I was lucky enough to get a box. It came with small batch pineapple cakes in 3 flavors - regular, matcha and strawberry. I've had the regular so far and practically inhaled it cause it's delicious! I've also had the sesame balls. They have it in red bean, ube and matcha. All yummy but that ube is so good! They also have mini butter mochi muffs and full size mochi muffins. The regular size are in ube and matcha flavors. The mini butter muffs remind me of baked nian gao. Yummy! Looking forward to more from Rice Culture! If you have an opportunity to order from them or find them at a local farmers market, get some!”

“The only place I trust for acrylic nails and fills! I have tried many others and everyone else either burns me or drills too deep. When I first started going here I would tense up because I would get ready for pain, but I have never felt it! I’ve used two different ladies here and both times the experience was amazing. Super gentle, great quality work, and it looks amazing. My nails are always sturdy and last at least three weeks before loosening up. This place is three hours from my home so I make sure that I visit the area every three weeks so I can get a fill! An additional observation that I made during my last visit was after a customer left, they disinfected the chair and the table that she sat at. I was impressed.”

“We have been using Mosquito Shield of Dulles for a couple of summers now. It is a fantastic service. Prior to their service, we could not enjoy nor work in the yard because of the biting bugs. “I wanted to surprise my brother this year with a custom cake that he and anyone with nut allergies (myself included for most nuts) could enjoy equally, but I needed this cake to be 100% vegan as well. Luckily I found Rosa Bakes just in time on the HappyCow app, and her local bakery business stood out by being 100% vegan for the animals (which is truly a rarity in the NoVA area) The entire process from initially ordering the cake to picking it up was within the span of five days fortunately. Rosa did a spectacular job making this decadent vegan chocolate cake that was soy, gluten, and nut free! For an "everything-free" type of cake, the flavor was appropriately sweet with a deep, rich taste to every part of the custom cake. Nobody that tried the cake could even tell that this was an allergen/animal product-free cake (since it was so delicious and everybody could eat some). I look forward to trying more items like the donuts and cupcakes in the near future! 10/10 cake, business, and overall customer experience. Thank you again for your time Rosa!”

“Today was the first time that I had ever visited this location, and the store seemed to be perhaps newer. It was definitely less crowded than some of the other stores that I have visited in the DC area, and I saw a slew of employees working in the isles and they all appeared to be eager to help out customers. I came here today with the intention of purchasing a padlock. I walked out with the lock, a paint brush, a wire brush, and a tube of caulk. I could have purchased much more and I usually do, but I've learned to be prepared with a list of items that I need. My usual purchases are lumber and paint. I did ask for help from an associate to help me locate the locks. He quickly looked up the isle and location, and there they were, right where they were supposed to be. I don't live close enough to become a regular customer at this particular store, but I did want to give them a shout out!”

“I got introduced to Early Bird Cheesecake by one of my dental patients as I needed desert for my office open house. Haroni was very accommodating and easy to work with. They were able to make regular and vegan cheesecakes and almond pistachio cookies on a very short notice for me. Loved the fact that they are bite sized with the perfect amount of sweetness.
