He met us multiple times at our house during the planning process to go over options and design, took care of county permitting, and was on site during construction to lead the project. He worked with us to make small changes on the fly and knocked the finished product out of the park. It's evident that Bill appreciates quality materials and a finished product that the customer will love. The entire tear down and construction took one week, and workers were onsite every day.
