Mr Fida needs to be retrained or given an anger management class training. For some reason, he was angry with me all the time, higher ups at Thrifty should look at his employee records and take a corrective action. He should be transferred to Bronx, Harlem, Oakland or Baltimore downtown to sharpen his skills.
Mr Amer, Vinod, the security guard (the Turkish gentleman ) and Mansoor should all get raises and promotions because they are doing jobs beyond their capabilities and skills. Thank you all for your great help and service. Happy holidays.

(August 15, 2018, 4:17 pm)Nice selection of the cars. Staff is helpful and passionate about their work. Upon request they upgrade my car at very minimal cost. The rental cost is also competitive. I highly recommend Thrifty.

(877) 283-0898. Thrifty/Dollar car rental at Kahului airport always seems to get bad reviews and I just want to say that my husband and I never have very bad experiences there. Worse car rental ever. Never rent a car from this company. After we checked in, we waited for 1 hour for our car.
