“I have been in there at least half a dozen times, if not more, and every time I have been treated like a VIP. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in the door and have never had to wait to get a question answered. When I bought a bike rack, they unpacked it from the box, brought it out to my car, and installed it. When I brought a bike in for a flat tire, they took off the wheel, replaced the inner tube, filled it with air, put the wheel back and only charged me the cost of the tube. Great customer service. I also like that they are locally owned, would much prefer to shop with them than some national chain or big box store. Best thing ... I can walk there from my house in Brambleton Town Center.”
