“A great company that really cares about their customers. My air conditioning went out and Frank's son, Mike, came out within 45 mins during an extremely busy day after hearing there was a two month old baby in the house. I had called two other companies prior to Frank's company and they all told me that I would have to wait until the next day. Mike executed the worked incredibly skillfully. His explanations were easy enough for me to understand exactly what was going on and what he would d. He was upfront and spot on with what the issues were and the esimated cost to repair. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running. I can't thank them enough for caring when others wouldn't. A quick quote from Mike that should explain their business philosphy in my eyes, in response to me thanking him for coming so quickly, he said "Are you kidding me, you have a two month old baby in the house, there was no discussion as to whether we were going to make time for you."
