“So Georgia was at the window today and I had a stupid problem with my payment card and my phone was freezing up on me as I tried to fix it, but Georgia hooked me up!!!! She was so kind and accommodating and made me feel welcomed and cared for instead of embarrassed and coffee-less. I live at the town center and have my choice of coffee shops, obviously, but Pete’s just earned my loyalty today. I’ve always loved their coffee but this was really kind customer service. “Highlight: One time my debit card wasn't working, so they gave me free meal. Living in the metro area, it's either this location or Manassas if I want Sheetz. I never have to wait long for food and the staff is always so kind and understanding. I only get gas in the evenings, so I've never experienced the gas pumped during the morning/afternoon rush. It's usually a breeze getting gas.”
