It is great place to bring your kids when the weather is inclement. You can spot your kid really easily and the other parents are cool. This place works with schools for fundraisers and also does reservations for birthday parties and it is awesome.”

“I started their Basics class a couple of weeks ago. I love that they have you do some beginner training before you can attend the more advanced classes. I was very nervous since I have not worked out in a long time. Rick was my instructor and he was very kind and patient with me. All of the instructors are so kind and inspiring. If you would like to go to an up-beat, challenging gym, this is your place! Coming from someone who is really out of shape, I felt comfortable there! I know now that I have found my place! Because of this experience, I know that I can achieve anything that I want. I will be a regular there for sure!”
