Falcon Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I called in the morning. First floor AC wasn’t working. Technician was scheduled between 2-6. They were ahead and came by 1:30 after calling me to ensure it was ok. Of course! It was 81 degrees inside. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. Technician Reed was outstanding and courteous!

Our AC was not blowing cold air… Called Falcon H&A and they sent a tech out on the same day. Jose came and inspected our system very thoroughly. Once he found the culprit he explained to me what the issue was and what may have caused this issue. After he changed the capacitor, he made sure the AC was blowing cold air before he left. He was very thorough and professional.
